On salary plant running 2 months & closed 6 months workman's was ready to die plant will not start give 2 months salary and u start they will show u 💯 profit result 👍

Bilt group is very old and stong group in paper industries of world. Ballarpur Industries Ltd is the world's leading paper manufacturing company. Manufacturing and giving to the wolrld a best quality paper. I am working with this group from last four years as a Head Security & Administration. I am feeling very comfortable with atmosphere or culture of this company. I have joind this company till long time as my retirement. Praying to god for continuty the bright future of Bilt group.

No doubt Ballarpur Industries Ltd., was a good Company and my earlier HoD of Law Department was very very good and high motivator but unfortunately as he retired then whosoever appointed as HoD of Law Department, killed the real spirit and good atmosphere and instead created a demotivating atmosphere...

Right now , Bilt is under NCLT wef 17th Jan 20. However earlier its culture & job satisfaction & employee health coverage was very fine

Overall nothing to dislike. But right now Bilt Mgt is no more involved as company is inder NCLT & it is being controlled by RP

Upto the year 2016, the Culture of the Company was very Good which I liked the most but with the change of old people with new people and with the entry of new people, it resulted as a poor setback to the good culture which was maintained earlier.

With the entry of new people in the Company after the year 2016, New Boss likes only one person who is a yes-yes man to him, which very badly hurt/damaged the Department and demotivated the other members of the Department/team. Due to this bad HOD/Boss, the whole team left the Company.
