Good place to learn but self respect is more important

...is no respect for duty doctors..The nurses will not even give the basic respect And u have to do night duty once in 15 days and they won’t even pay u extra

Good Job security, even Pandemic Covid situation provided salary to every employee who have worked on that time. thanks for that. Providing Multitasking works helps to career development, skill development, to improve professional knowledge.

Kindly improve the minimum of salary package. And salary appraisal is 6months once, kindly make salary appraisal at least once in a year without failed. Without salary appraisal there is no life balancing and professional growth. Thank you

I love the fact that I am a part of a billroth team...I improved my work development and knowledge... I am happy that all my Dept staffs are free with me and I discuss all my doubts including subject with my Anaesthetist and my team...I much more interested to work and also to develop my knowledge...

There is no extra pay for continuation of duty timings..(Extra hours)

...hen compared to daily routine. We have that much supportive colleagues 🤝🏻 I had missed them badly only because of my salary part 💔 even all my colleagues depends on the fair salary hike every year.

The only negative aspect of mine is salary and increment. They gave me 1000 rupees increment for 2yrs of service. I couldnt go for the next level with the low salary in fulfilling my personal requirements. Thats why I left 💔 and I failed to get proper increment for the hardworking employees.
