The colleagues were good and supportive in work. They were open to new ideas expect few of them. Good support from ground level team. Good talented people were there.

Dislikes

Senior people using abusive language to their teammates. No respect for work, who ever it may be. Everyone is expected to be in office for a minimum of 13-15 hrs, otherwise the management feels people are not working, but during interviews something else was being told. Work life balance was not there for any of the employees.

I am happy to say you, i have work in this company for 2 years .work was to good but payment timings is to late and they don't provide promotion is employe deserve position .

Ambitious people and a company with good growth charter, but lacks right resources and leadership

Dislikes

Working culture is owner driven with less delegation and clarity of work. Purpose of hard-work at times get lost due to ambiguous vision of management. Very poor in execution due to lack of right resources(manpower and funding).
