Pradeep Gulabrai Gandhi is very worst man-at the time of appointing employee they are talking with sweet language with the employee.Thereafter within due course of time they will show their original scenario-what ever they are promising they are not executing and not giving like appointment letter,bonus,increment,leave salary and gratuity,long hours work forcefully and not job security my openion to Naukri.com don't appoint any employee to this co.You will loose name in market.

Dislikes

Lastly they have retrenched my job forcefully.Vinay Gandhi (General Manager) a son of Pradeep Gandhi is also bed man-talking to staff members very rudely.Do not appoint any single staff member to this Billion Plastics Pvt.Ltd.Co.Also they are not going to complete 5 years of employee because they don't want to give gratuity after completion of 5 years.
