Employees are not allowed to apply for sick leave for a single day; it can only be availed if the illness extends beyond five days. - Saturdays are officially working days, recruiters fail to disclose this during the hiring process. - HR Department is lazy.

Job Security and Work life balance is the decent thing in this organisation.

Dislikes

The management is extremely poor, especially in the North East region. The Zonal Head, Tapan Lenka, has proven to be untrustworthy, and the managers under his supervision are also performing poorly.

Job security is excellent. In fact in this pandemic there was no salary cut and the salary was credited with no delay. The culture is good. The coworkers are helpful that's it.

Appraisal is very low and needs much more compensation. Salary structure needs to be improved.

...any still works in legacy structure. Worst leave policy you will come across. No other benefits than salary. HR policies and Department almost does not exist for employees benefits
