Work culture and staff is supporting but the management is not helpful in paying their full this pandemic. There is been partiality.

Hands on experience learning of students. Integrated Culminating of every grade. A Team for every grade.

Dislikes

No proper salary structure. Pathetic conditions for employees. Never give the security back to the teachers on leaving. Every program is paid for students. No clean drinking water available. No proper cleaning staff available. No electricity available for working staff in June.

...". The coordinators and the principal are very polite, humble and down to earth. They pay a fair amount of salary based on your experience. There is an immense opportunity for the teachers to grow. Loved working here. I really miss it.

Dislikes

Some amount of politics among the teachers is there in every school, so the same was here. There was a lot of competition between the teachers. But many of them were very helpful. The only negative bit was I was overloaded with work as I was given classes from 1st to 10th grade. So I used to work at home as well. But I still liked it better than other schools. Students over here are lovely.

Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good. Good school for new comer and a lot of things they can learn.

Dislikes

Working time is too long and salary is not good for experience teachers.
