Job security, salary on time, during covid crisis MK has provided complete salary along with job security.

Dislikes

If someone wants to work in this organisation can work for 2-3 years, can learn things, can get 1-2 appraisal but should not stay for longer time due to having bad culture of not doing appraisal every year.

It's a good company I am presently working on this organisation for about 1 year and I have learnt lot of things from this organisation however salary is not satisfactory I would have recommended the management to increase the salary other wise this company is really good for the growth in the carrier.

On the name of salary restructuring they reduced your overall CTC. Then they will move you in different different LOBs or project in every month so you'll not be liable for increment as well.

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.
