Salary pay is good as compared to other companies.

Dislikes

No job security, skills development is very low and there is no training department to train agent or employee. If I talk about promotion and appraisal they do politics. Company culture is not friendly.

Nothing except the package..that also they provide in 1 process only. The company doesn't pay good for rest of the procesess.

Dislikes

The management is third class, no job security, the company's policies get changed suddenly when there is some benefit of employees, they even change the salary packages after years (reduce the CTC), no employee satisfaction, high cost cutting and deductions, promotion criteria is unfair.

There is only one good thing about this company is flexibility. You can work according to your convenience and flexibility.

Dislikes

The worst company I have ever worked with. Poor management, poor job security. No salary growth, no future growth at all, work environment is ok though. But it is not at all employee centric. I had worst experience till now. There is no work-life balance, sometimes they do harassment too.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
