MATTSEN KUMAR is good company,job security is not good but work culture and management is excellent and also company policies is good for employees to work there.

Salary package was not good to satisfy an employee needs.so this is the main reason for disliking this.workload is much greater than salary package.Incentives is not giving properly to the employees

...m get 3 months by changing the PBI structure and give as much money as overtime. He always gave half his salary and never paid the full amount for overtime... 5.the team leader, I don't know who made him the team leader... One thing remains on his face that he will expel me from the company.. First of all there should be a meeting with Rakesh Mishra that he has shown so much courage. There is a very dirty rule in the process of speaking. In other companies, if someone speaks like this, the team leader is fired. But here the manager does not take any action.
