Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is good. Company policies are good.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bound of 2 years before which is cannot resign.

Good work environment senior employees supportive natureand they give good salary to freshers nad bonus .

No career growth if you are a operator always be a operator there. Also the management people are not too helpful for the outsiders. There is too much discrimination for South north people in every department.

There is a lot of pressure in work. Management does not address issues. Not a good behaviour in workplace . Not a good behaviour in our senior and incharge.

I'm grateful that Bill Forge welcome me gave me the opportunity to work on their organization. This is the first company where I worked and I was so happy that I could stand on my feet and I felt independent. Also, I could feel and understand how our parents struggle to earn a bread for us.

Dislikes

To be honest no matter where we go there is always a draw back. One thing I dislike about Bill Forge is that in my bay(department) our supervisor always pressure us to give more production. I'll say, Yes!!! I can give them what they want but come on we are human too and we need to work as human not as robot who work nonstop without wasting a single second. But overall I like to give 5start to this company
