No Likes about this Company except the mentor i got there, he helped me to survive in that worst environment. If not, i would have resigned in 1 month after joining.

No Work-Life balance ( Even they make the people work after the office timing), No Properly alinged management (Full of politics and favourism), No Skill Development ( If someone is joining this company they will have to fight the mental pressure built there so they cant concentrate on building their Skill), No Hike in salary ( Even though you work good you will not be awarded a good amount of hike and salary) Recruitment Process ( Most of Companies look for Talented Peoples But the people from Bilight Look for people who have more commitments towards their family and poor so their plan is to make the people stay in thier company for long time) No Proper relieving ( Once the resignation is done, bad time will be started for resigned person. Here mental peace will be lost completely, They will target you to threaten to stay back in their company) Higher Management Attitude ( They will be Good and sweet personalities until you resign, if resigned their gesture towards the employee will completely change and they dont even speak to the employee for deciding the last working day that will obviously put the employee under frustration and make to review this company in detail like me) Senior Employees Attitude ( They are good at work and they are not ready to teach anyone) Highlights : Still want to join the company join as a Founder or CEO and Change the ugly working culture and teach how to respect the employees

Made me to work 12 hours per day Call to complete the work in early morning and Late nights too No structured work culture Please don't join the company. You will be stuck in proceeding forward with your career.
