Lot of Politics in sales management of SO Level, ASM think that he is owner of company and his decision is last decision. Company management not involved lower level management even HR only for entertainment purpose.

Overall My Experience Is Good And It Is Very Good Company To Learn Many Things In One Roof. Hear That The Chance To Learn Knowledge In Bikano Products I.e. Namkeen, Sweets, Snacks, Syrup, Papad, Maida Vertical Items , Papad, Boondi, Ready To Eat & Others Items.

Salary Increment Is Too Low Here Progress Is Taking Too Long Time. Working Time Is Higher But Package Is Very Low.

Work environment is very gud. Transportation connectivity is great. Huge cafetaria which provides free meal. Teammates are very supportive.

Dislikes

..., Sales figures and profits increases 2-3 times as compared to normal period. But still there is cut in salary.. Too much politics in the top management. Company policies are not good. Salary hike and bonus are reducing in every coming year. They do not meant that employees are thier assets. Totaly men oriented company, female employees are less than 0.5%.

No Development, no training skills, If you come from Refenece then your job is safe because in Bikanervala lots of People's comes from Higher Sources of the Management, Politics is very high in Bikanervala.Lots of Uneducated and dis manner people's working here. I seen lots of Managers here who's doesn't known how the Operate the systems. Only internaly reference people work here , nobody ask them anything if you come from management reference.but if you come through walk-in then you face lots of problems here, no one can corporate with you.They don't respect the new person who join recently,and management can't listen to your concern at all. Overall my Experience is not Soo good for this company.
