Sales taregt is ultimate goal self market development strategy company doesn't want what they say you you have to do Don't think of distributor just appoint as many distributor you can When distributor funding capacity is finished apoint new distributor in that area when his capacity also finished appoint another one and so on

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I thought that company working seasons by seasons not security the job ,,this is a big problem in the temporary worker from company entry.i also facing this problem,,.technical and talented worker facing politics in yours company..but ..... supervisor r killed my job...again thanks to give a job
