You can see 4&5 star ratings for company review. But the fact is that, this review is written here to improve company image. These reviews are forcibly taken by current working employees. Actual situation is as per the review ratings 1&2. Nothing is change. All corrupted people are here. They take money from supplier & vendor. If you are searching for job, then don't go. If you are supplier or vendor, then your payments stuck and you will face problems.

Grooming the technical skills. Understand the manufacturing process. Supportive senior staff.After releasing fabrication drawing can observe the fabricated model I think this is plus point.

No job security, QA team is filled with non technical manager , doesn't even know basic engineering, too much of politics, if you are relative of director than your job is safe, no one will terminate you,
