Very bad work culture .. No job security and no policies in place ..

Dislikes

Everything is depends on the Directors mood and no scope for self development .. Salary is also not paid on time and i got to know Full and Final is also not done in some cases.. Overall very bad experience of my life and will move out soon.

Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

No class at all. No etiquettes or work policies. No standardised process flow. Decisions are taken by the owner himself alone and employees are treated like dirt. All the rules are verbally conveyed and nothing in writing. The rules are all in company's favour. No direction and no Vision, Mission, Values of their own. Do not trust the sugar coated words by the owner ever.
