I would like to inform you all that company having no any policy , there is no job security. Also they just utilise you , no any promotion . Office politics .

Corrupt Manager Mr. Mosses, He don't know actually what he is doing. Senior Rules there. 80℅ of new joiners left company with in 1-3 months, because of Politics what manager used to do over there along with Senior candidates.

Middle and Upper Management is egoistic. They expect something extraordinary out of you when the resources are negligible, ideas are not entertained and you are forced to feel that you are not giving your 100%, hence justifying “no appraisals”. This is the scenario for the whole department.
