Salary and appraisal are good as compared to other companies. Training provided by our trainer Ghizal Shaikh is Enjoyable, eye-opening, helpful - a good starting point.

Dislikes

Drastic company regulation changes. No care for employees. Overall complicated policies and process as the managers do not have co-ordination and don't know what exactly they except from employees. Disrespectful behavior against employees, employees do not feel valued at all.

Likes

The work culture is good. Salary package is good. The atmosphere is lively and not very formal. You can dress as you want - no dress code at work. Appraisals are done every year in March with fair hike in salary.

Dislikes

There are no incentives/bonuses, only apprisals once a year which is also decreased considerably over the past few years. Incase you choose to work in the customer service team, you may get opportunities to grow within the team, but you cannot apply for job postings in other departments of the company. Growth is very slow. Managers lack management skills, partial behaviour towards certain people. You have to work on all Public holidays and take those leaves on some other weekday. No extra pay/benefits for working on Public Holidays and festivals. No outing sponsored by company.. no benefits at all except that you're getting salary. Thats it!!

I have seen that connections are something which keeps job safe for people. I do not want to name people but have witnessed it, there is biasness in company. I was very proud when I joined BMS but since the beginning I noticed that connections work a lot here in BMS environment. I thought this will not affect me ever but there are things you cant ignore in your surrounding.

There is a lot to do like multitasking kind of thing for tech people. Collaborately working and finding solutions.

Dislikes

Unlike the big MNC's there are no skill development courses are for tech/non tech people and some teams have work while some teams taking all the benefits for only gossips and roaming.
