Base salary is higher when compare to other companies in wet lab.

Dislikes

Join only if your a fresher with no other offer in hand. It's not a good place to learn anything solid. You'll be stuck only doing PCR with horrible team leads. You won't learn any other important techniques or software used in biotechnology industry.

There is nothing you like in bigtec

Dislikes

There is no PF and Gratuity, other than salary there is no benefits, Co is purely depending on the funds and grants from government and other organizations, management is not good, especially the finance team, managers do not value the individual, there is no system, so friends don't get into this crap and ruin your life.
