Awesome, i can see challanges here as a part of the start-ups domain but the top level management here are very much helpful towards the team. A+ from me.

Nothing's much so apart from startup challenges and that too can achieve easily if enough backups are there from top management.

As it is a startup so get to learn things as one has to explore everything on own

Dislikes

Sef centred company which is in no way employee friendly. Always look to expect more work and do not tend to reward in return. Management tends to take credit of all the good work and perks. Not recommended
