Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

They don't have nothing too like.. Such a typical lala company

Dislikes

...ill verify your previous employement background like you are entering in a MNC.. No job security No paid leaves for 6 months either you fell sick or anything they will cut your everyday salary. if you took a leave without informing they will enquire you like a police officer with proper reasons and proof.. like what are the benefits are they giving? Nothing at all!! Their tech is worst too mucu pressure on sales team their managers force them to sit for extra hours otherwise they will mark their absent if you will not polish their boots..working here its like you are working on daily wages like a labour
