...ou entered this company,you are trapped you will not be able to come out easily.they hold the salary and experience letter and MD always run away from this to sign and leave any employee.He literally hates employees who resigns and even can throw anything or abuse them.This is very common there you cannot have your self respect once you are joined here ,longer you stay longer you are trapped and you are not going to have experience letter until you are having some strong background.They deduct salary without giving any reason.they can hold salary even at your worst time when they are knowing the situation and conditions of yours.If they got to know that you are about to leave they start torturing in you different ways and also stops your salary for any nonsense reasons.Just don't join you will go through a hell.and nothing is there to learn and grow.you will only get some knowledge related to share market which will be of almost no use.

Company atmosphere location and colleagues are nice, Director sir only asking about work he is nice and thinking about all employee and ready to give opportunity to every one, here some benefits for employee like Mediclaim, PF, Gratuity, Bonus and Leave encash etc.

The worst thing is everyone has to directly report to MD..and the MD considers his employees as servent and abuse them...he does not respect employees at all..always humiliate them. Worst MD , Boss ever had in my 10years work experience.. i m looking for job change desperately..I must say do not join or work Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd.

It is 1 step above working with street vendor, even street vendor is honest and having empathy for people working in Bigshare services private limited.

There is nothing to say good about this company as unfortunately in India due to unemployment, people need to work for such blood hounding employers. It is like working in stone quary as a slave.

The company runs on whims & fancies of MD. No rules and ethics. Strict advice for senior professionals to avoid joining here. No wonder why senior level staff leave after 3-5 months. This company is fit for only junior level or less educated executives. Complacent people of higher age group continue working here for long.
