No job security , too much politics , no learning environment , work environment is poor because of poor management . There is a fraud company that will ruin your career.

Management and work culture is good, not faced any burden nor in work culture.

Only one thing I disliked in Bigo when I was working through office before Corona pandemic, the internet was very slow to work, don't know it's a internet issue or server issue, rest all things are good.

Salery is the big issue they wont provide proper salery for us thats want to change

Work environment is good and teammates are supportive .company policies are good , appraisals are fair and they give good bonus every year

No dislike because I am working from almost 2years and even in pandemic we are working from home normally
