No timely salary, salary can come on anyday till 10th. For emi holder like me, it's frustrating. All upper faculty members are like mafia dons, they behave like they only know the corporate world and you know nothing. They will let you feel, you are nothing and they know everything, when they have no knowledge and business practice in real world. They won't value you. You feel like you are slave. Company is doing scam, will keep you on retainer ship without disclosing prior and you can be fired anytime without prior notice. It you want to make your life hell and worst, you may join this idiotic organization. Please save your time and career. Since 11 years, it's still a start up with point less direction, no proper management and work life. No job security, work on weekends, no proper leaves, no employee or hr policy. They will start Saturday working from office anytime. Beware of this family busienss organisation and stay away, I request everyone.
