Every times Sales and G.M position is open in this company and they are doing internal recruitment also and same time they rejected the candidates after taking interview of the candidates and after some time they call to same person directly without intimation to the Consultancy Agency. Very flexible in work and quick decision in important things by directors support from top management and mid level management is very high its a wonderful organisation to work and make a career

few process are delayed which can be made faster by applying proper system in place from head office

Flexibility in work, no politics, open communication between leadership and employees at work

Dislikes

Improper organization matrix, no proper escalation matrix, No SOPs, employees are very rude, control needed on employees to making sure processes and systems are running effectively within organization

Company is good work is good mantain and balance personal life and professional life . product is good .

Our company product is good but when material unloding very problem creat labour .because labour is not care full unloding material and then many problems create our customer so my suggestion is guide the labours and driver also not damage our material.so not bed effect our company
