There is no work life. During interview they said for girls shift time is morning now suddenly they change shift without information also salary is very low and appraisal is so so. Also now a days they pressure there employee to work after shift.

1. Managers are unprofessionals. 2. Unprofessional working culture 3. Overtime duty more than 14+hr without any benefits. 4. No Proper training 5. Not Organized & No good working structure Everyone coming without any shift time ,doing some work and going late night. 6. No Idea for Ops. 7. No Management Skill. Personal experience: If you want peace, work satisfaction,good salary, appreciation,work-life balance don't work with this company.🙏

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiness
