Worst work culture, specially wrong people are referred & hired from other field who doesn’t have the knowledge & experiences in logistics. Poor support and alot of politics. Average working hour goes from 12-15 hours on a regular basis. Operation manager is not skilled & doesn’t have the experience in B2C department and also a worst person. Challenges never ends in B2C department.

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Dislikes

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
