There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign. on the job training is not given to new joiness

I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
