Job training is not that strong. No issues with salary but Career growth is slow. Management doesn't place the designation or job roles as per the knowledge,efficiency and work experience ,eg.- who is very efficient in operation is placed in sales department. I didn't find anything which can be praised. From outside it's looking good but inner side totally different.

Dislikes

...11-12 hours without OT and perks. They give appraisal only to buttering people . They will promote you but salary will remain same.... Overall I will suggest not to join this company . Only Name is TATA which looks good otherwise nothing else . Before joining this just go to location and take personal feedback.
