You will get to learn so much from the existing projects. Form the learning perspective, it's a good company for beginner to intermediate level.

Dislikes

1. Bad leave policy. (you won't get any paid leaves except one leave per month). 2. Not a proper IT company. 3. Six days working.(only 1st and 3rd Saturday will be off) 4.Not good in terms for management. (Procrastination in experience and releasing related documents) 5. No overtime will be paid and you may be asked to come to the office on weekends if required and you won't be paid for such days. 6. Last but the most important, you won't get any appraisal until you ask for it and you've served for minimum one year.

Very good staff all are supportive, they will teach you if you are not aware of anything but will make you learn until perfect. Very Professional, the team mates keep the working culture so healthy that you enjoy working here. small ifs and buts are there, but it will be everywhere. If you are good, world is good, if you are bad world is worst.

short break times, people majorly interact during get togethers only but rest of the time all are busy in their work.
