Nothing at all, to be honest. Except the coworkers who sympathized with each other.

So, I received my offer letter after an interview which went well. I was happy as they said we'd be receiving training. I started with my Day 1 and was given their sales pamphlets/ booklets to read and understand. Great coworkers who actually helped break the ice. But it started later that day when I was asked to do cold calling and see if anyone is interested. And I was waiting for the training to happen. We were informed that the training begins the next day. I went back on Day 2, and the reality struck. We assembled in the cabin and the senior official did a great job explaining the work, but there were some hidden clauses and conditions that cropped up which affected the basic pay even (forget bonuses) and I realized that I was given unrealistically high targets for each month, which I learnt from the existing co-workers, that it was impossible to achieve. Morale down and dejected, I went back to my seat and started calling up people. The HR was watching over all of us and asking us to record our conversations and send it to them at EoD. Repeatedly asking the silent (inactive for them) workers to pick up the phone and complete their quota for the day. And none of these practices were explained during the interview, or in the offer letter. Honestly, I never would have joined if I'd known the real deal. So then, I went back home and mailed my resignation as I was still in the "Trial Period " as per my offer letter. The HR was nice enough to call back and convince me to come back...but I politely refused.
