...samosa on the candidate's resume and using it as tissue paper to wipe his hands. The company has no clients and no money to pay their employee salary. I left in July and today is December 29th. My salary was dragged and given in the form of peanuts like part payments of 3-5k every 10 days after doing 50calls per day. Till date, some of my colleagues have not got their may month's salary. Even the office caretaker, peon, chai wala, and flower haar 's payment is not given. These people used to come and shout at the staff of the company for there bills not paid by the owner. Eventhe government light bill was overdue of 3 months, and company will cut your half-day salary when you work from home. This was hell. They stopped my salary and were unwilling to pay me even when I sent the notice from court to CEO. He says "Phele is bhut court cases hai ek aur sahi. Hum nhi date" Straight man-to-man advice don't Join this hell

Caution: Unstable and Unprofessional Workplace I worked at this company from November 30th to October 14th as an intern, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. I dedicated myself fully, completing every task assigned to me, regardless of how challenging or unclear they were. Despite my hard work, I was let go for vague reasons. After connecting with former employees on LinkedIn, I found that this pattern of behavior is all too common. The work environment is unstable, and they pay significantly below industry standards. The company lacks clarity on what kind of candidates they want, as there’s no structured assessment during hiring. Yet, they are quick to terminate employees over minor mistakes. This lack of direction makes it incredibly difficult to thrive or grow. If you’re serious about your career, I strongly advise avoiding this company. I hope this review prompts them to clearly define their expectations for employees and treat their staff with the respect they deserve.

Staff and seniors are really supportive , specially MD of the company . Excellent place to work . Company trusts on Freshers also.

Team strength was low when i was working with them , but i don't know whether they have increased it or not .
