I did not like anything, it is the worst company to work. You are not even sure if you'll be paid by that end month. Was a bad experience. HODS are paid high salaries where as the junior staff is being treated like helpless people. I will never want to work for them. Was a bad experience indeed

Company is run by a young lad, he is not up to his word. Lied and took me round in circles. I will never recommend someone to work here.

BIDCO Africa is one of the few companies in AFRICA, that operates within a fully professionally managed environment. They are dedicated to promoting clean and transparent business practices. The Founders and Directors of the company regardless of their positions and years of experiences are accessible to all. Work- Life balance is meticulously maintained. If you have skills and you have desire to learn, you will get abundance of opportunities to grow and learn within the company itself. I have never had such a homely working experience with any other company across whole Africa. And i appreciate the company, the founders and management for their contribution to the economy and society.
