I don't know whether someone seeing this, but if any don't ever join in b-tex unless you want to regret for life, their working environment and every thing is worst, worst management, i worked as a merch for an year and that was the worst decision i ever made there wasn't any allowance,they clear our bill and one of the worst increment, they just gave 1.5k as an increment. So if you want to hate your life you can join there. All the best.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
