But in Tata steel it is excellent, very good training, job security is 100% Career growth is good, salary on time, yearly appraisal with quarterly review, good travel policy, No politics in working environment, excellent working atmosphere, good innovative idea by training and projects, work life is balanced, 5 days week working. Finally it great experience to work with Tata Steel Ltd.

In bhushan steel no training program, but in Tata Steel it is ongoing process.

teammates were good but proper training culture is poor and salary is so poor so as increment also so poor which is so low ,innovation is average and work environment average politics was common here in every department it happen

Company’s Work environment is awesome and it provides very excellent facilities of food & lodging fully furnished. Job security is another aspect I like most about it. And it is best of GET/DET as Bhushan is good in giving training.

When I worked in Bhushan steel. It is not good environment because some groups was made by the seniors. It is challenging to work. But I think now Tata steels has purchased it. May be environment of work is better.

Most third class organization. Now it has been taken over by tata steel and renamed as Tata steel bsl ltd, but condition is same like before. Worst organization to work
