For Learning Bhushan is a good platform for everyone, Work balance is good but life balance may affect due to some management issues related to salary, Benefits are only that one can work with best technology equipment's, culture is average, Good platform to learn and growth- opportunities became always open if worked with Bhushan earlier, work satisfaction is good but only little bit management issues. Company needs improvement in management, HR policies and many more.

...y time and without any further notice. Payment system is more terrible is there.salary created after 3-4 months In your joining stage .U have to work 3-4 month without salary . No bonus .No increment .Nothing even if u stay over time in extra duty .U have to purchase ur own food and you will get no overtime or c off for that After reading this is only money is your only moto in life .You can join that company at your own risk
