At present time. ... It's too hard to work at this company culture.

Too bad rule for employees.. if people feelings sleeping at night or day time people lost this one month salary .but if they work at night time they not get night allowance.

Smooth working, work life is balanced, learning graph is upwards, increements credited every year.

Salary structure is quite uneven, managements help for personal issues are poor, higher authorities will not entertain you if you dont please them

Salary growth zero,i have Diploma mechanical 10 years above working here,but no growth ,i have contractual worker,once contractual work enter no facility,no career growth no salary growth,after 10 years working 8 hours duty,10 years working 12 hours per day,no work no pay,heavy Pollution.dust not control,

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
