The working culture of Bhumi procon depends upon staff, one who is working will tell him more work and no one is going to tell the one who is having fun ,he is ahead in taking credit for the work of others.

Salary on time but some time deduct salary without any reason.

Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Insecure job...management can terminate you anytime before completion of project without any reason which I suffered there and deduct my salary for medical which was against their own rules. They hired me for 10 months long project and removed me within 6 months without any reason....if you are jobless from long time then only go there otherwise avoid to join such chindichor company.
