Likes

Good work-life balance. A person can get more time for self study. Work loss is very less. Good place for freshers, those are interested in teaching sector.

Dislikes

College culture is not good. Although you have talent and experience, they will pay less. They will not conduct a single event in a year. They is transportation issues. They runs their own bus for staff transportation, but sometimes stops running bus without any reason. As a college there is no good culture for students and staffs. During admission they will say some money to pay and later they charge you extra.
