Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Worst experience with this company never suggeste to any anyone to join this company. Bcoz you can be fired any time no career growth.

There is a alot of politics management. Employers are like uneducated even owner they can fire you any time when work goes on average level salary package is too low they give salary 17000 thousand like an example but they show in salary note getting 20 thousand and providing 5 holiday in months but not like that they give you only 2 days off..I had literally worst experience with this organization.
