...r career growth...does favour to useless people who are half the time at home...some staff are taking good salary just to provide Xerox and keeps bad mouthing about the company especially people sitting in legal dept. Don't join the company.

Lots of things to dislike. Salary is 15 to 20 days late. The director keeps on forgetting thing. Also, please watch out for the solicitor. Initially, politics is not bad but then gets bad like deletion of files from the server, open paper thrown on face. The director require advocate for taking order and managing court case files. Zero exposure.

Initial experience was good in terms of work satisfaction and salary/appraisals. Salary given on time.

Terrible work culture. No job security, No career growth. Work here if only you have no other option. Start a job hunt from day one after joining this place. Management not one bit interested in the employees. Only interested in their personal growth. Staff is very badly treated. Always criticized, never encouraged. Things going from bad to worse with the new management slowly taking over.

I am working under Samir sir more than 10+ yrs and never seen such an intelligent boss. Being and IITian his construction knowledge is remarkable and his vision for project is magnificent. Working for such a massive and premium project is big achievement for me. Looking forward to complete this dream project.
