Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No medical insurance, no work-life balance, a poor work environment, safety concerns, and terrible management; there is still no ERP system. The HR department is ineffective.

The company is following the rules of lock down dur to Corona virus. social distance is being followed in our company. there are many machines of latest technology for sanitizing, temperature check, hand wash etc. our company is following every rule made by the central government due to lock down.
