No work life balance and work culture is very bad. On job training not given. There is lot of politics in each department. No benefits provided even someone injured during working.

there is only one negative point there is no accommodation and other facilities and salary level very low. Also HR policies very poor.

...rtment specially imports Aarti Madani teams and no job security in her team Your drawers and computers are checked in your absence. Salary and benefits are pathetic

Management not looking for employees financial growth. There is no benefits other than salary. PF facility is also not there. We have too pay both the sides of pf deduction. No any yearly bonus or any performance allowances.
