... tolerable. No bossism and colleagues, subordinates and superios are empathetic. Compensation including perks is quite good. There is recognition and rewards (not necessarily promotion) for suggestions and new innovative ideas. If you are not corrupt nobody will force you to be one such. Food is heavily subsidised. Company provides Uniform cloth (common from workers to Executive Director), Safety shoes,Socks,Sun Caps, Sweaters,New year gifts and Stitching allowance and even washing allowance. Also school fees for children are subsidised and company hospital provides healthcare even after retirement (at the time of retirement a nominal fee is collected).

Dislikes

Political and outside interference in promotions and foreign tours if you are not the very best i.e. if you are on the border line you are likely to be affected.

Work life balance. Ontime salary and increment. Job security.

Dislikes

Lack of innovation Worker oriented company now executive friendly. Lots and lots of systems which hurdle the work. Lots and lots of unnecessary policies which hurdle the work.

The most important thing about this company is that it works directly for BHEL at NTPC Barh Site. A person working in this company is serving under BHEL. He/She can learn about the work culture of PSU and government officials. The scope of learning ranges from billing process, office management, tender processing to project management.

The salary prospects are limited here.

Top management of company is no more interested to get original peak point of the great organization , Finance department is dictating to the unit head No value / importance the employee who are thinking in favor of company.
