The most important thing about this company is that it works directly for BHEL at NTPC Barh Site. A person working in this company is serving under BHEL. He/She can learn about the work culture of PSU and government officials. The scope of learning ranges from billing process, office management, tender processing to project management.

The salary prospects are limited here.

This is a PSU in which you can get salary without any contribution to the company

Top management of company is no more interested to get original peak point of the great organization , Finance department is dictating to the unit head No value / importance the employee who are thinking in favor of company.

First of all salary are very very less for apprentice about 8k where other private companies gives about 13k to 15k.Canteen is very worst I have ever seen daily routine breakfast and lunch like Rice, with random Sambhar,Mobile phones are strictly banned inside the campus and there is no grace time is provided for any apprentice if you're coming about 2- 3 minutes late means they will cut off half day stipend.So,please do appreciate in any other company it's very worst for doing in this company.
