yes while training period their employees are very much coperative with me and treating me as one of the employer in them. work environment is good and i learned so much in their working period.

Lack of innovation Worker oriented company now executive friendly. Lots and lots of systems which hurdle the work. Lots and lots of unnecessary policies which hurdle the work.

The most important thing about this company is that it works directly for BHEL at NTPC Barh Site. A person working in this company is serving under BHEL. He/She can learn about the work culture of PSU and government officials. The scope of learning ranges from billing process, office management, tender processing to project management.

The salary prospects are limited here.

Top management of company is no more interested to get original peak point of the great organization , Finance department is dictating to the unit head No value / importance the employee who are thinking in favor of company.
