This company is specific for Gas Turbine end to end solution, the most of support rolls cattering supply chain activities is monotonous job. For sales team the mostly things are driven and dependent on the promoters, so internal working is more critical than working for the end customer. For service persons this company is good as it opens windows to work for saudi countries.

Customers respect us as because we stand 24×7 during their any emergency needs which I can guarantee no other companies can do the same the way we do. Hence I feel proud to work with this company.

Dislikes

Even today, after a lot of efforts by management, the employee's tend to work with government job mentally, that leads to less productivity and efficency. Process is also just like a sick government company. The best part is this that the new MD and CFO is trying all possibilities to change this culture as they are very dynamic.
