I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

My company is best at the safety of this pandemic. And it's best inside company nature with a lot of trees and but for contract labour salary is low but work is lot we have to do every work without any questioning.

Low salary And heavy work . As it is a public sector everyone thinks we have salary high but it's not. And for contract labours there is no scope .it's all depends upon the dpt head and GM's. But however how much work we do, they are not considering us the credit all goes to permenant Employees.

The pay matrix is disappointing all apprentices trainees, very much less compared to ITI trainees, we (Diploma and BE) don't get appropriate pay, this is a suggestion

salary was really bad they gave us 6k. which was not enough for Bangalore region and job security is 0% i know we must clear GATE to enter government sectors but, trainees with entire knowledge about particular department then recur-ting a new employ.
