Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Great knowledgeable experience with self learning development skills. I had been with an open book with zero industrial knowledge. Best resource what i got was industrial experience. My mentors thought me everything with short span till i was there.

salary was really bad they gave us 6k. which was not enough for Bangalore region and job security is 0% i know we must clear GATE to enter government sectors but, trainees with entire knowledge about particular department then recur-ting a new employ.

Likes

They supported very well. They provided Face masks and everyday sanitizing all the floors. We have maintained some distance between people whenever we work. Everyday before entering in the office security guards checked our body temperature and removed our biometricbiometric system.

Dislikes

They should give big biscuit packets to the trainees. Free lunch, coffee should provide to all.
