Just the office location is good.

...with the overtime without extra payment... Even the incentives were not given 4. No relations with the employee mental pressure by the Account Manager more than the justified salary. 5. No flexible timing if you are done with your work you still have to wait for 6pm. 6. Working with the same client and same positions 7. Can't get leaves easily. 8. Management is not supportive.

...e Bhavynash HR will call 10-20 time in a day like girlfriend for a small things. salary credited 10-16 date of month. Suddenly they told me last working only 2 days before. Have to work 10-16 hours in a day, really no professional culture. And no leave encashment.

Give chance to freshers and provide them a good budget as a fresher.Cultutre also very good.sr manager's are very supportive in all things.

They provide a good salary as a fresher,but they don't have other benefits like medical, transport etc .

Good environment Supportive team members Everybody is helpful I'm specially say thank to our manager @Saurabh sharma sir and Team leader @Amit Kumar they are very helpful. As a fresher I don't have sufficient knowledge but they guide us and explain each and everything from basics. Atlast thank you everyone for giving me a wonderful opportunity to work with you. I joined in company as a fresher and the people really supported me . We had lot of fun and work equally . There is no such work pressure and there is good work life balance . If you are a fresher and start your career as a recruiter go for it. 2023 batch 👍😉
