There is no satisfaction, because how many years are we do work because there is money picup either company and contract,thats it.

This type of companies very low salary, management system also very bad,compare to others.

Working enviranment is good to improve knowledge and good support from team as well as management and leaving cost is low I feel great to pleasure to work here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Very good understanding, encouragement, very good skin persons I had higher authorities and working good under heavy electrical motors, HT panels and LT panels like MCC PCC apfc. Electrical start liker d o l , star and delta, lrs, grr
