There is nothing to like about "BHAVNA RODWAYS" , 0.00% of job security , They does not follow any work culture , There is no management , Company do have policies but no one follows it ,Newly join employs don't get there bones after 1 year of completion however company clams to share the same

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high with a very low amount salary , Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening ,Sometime late night & also on Sundays. Managers & Boss do not value an individuals unique strengths, Which is why I have to take my suggestions all the time. Any working so hard but I never received any appreciation by manager not by company "BOSS" . At the end Boss abuses to each an every employs.
